1. Custom Products
Amazon Graphics Inc. provides custom printing products made according to the specifications selected or provided by the customer. Because these products are customized, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing error or defect attributable to Amazon Graphics Inc.
2. Artwork and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, text, spelling, dimensions, colors, quantities, and other specifications submitted with their order. By uploading artwork, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use the submitted content.
3. Design Help and Proof Approval
When design assistance or a proof is provided, production will not begin until the required approval has been received. Once a customer approves a proof, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved design, including spelling, layout, content, dimensions, and other visible details.
Requests for changes after approval may result in additional charges and changes to the estimated production time.
4. Production Times
Production times may vary depending on the product, quantity, materials, artwork requirements, and current production schedule. Any production or completion dates provided are estimates unless Amazon Graphics Inc. expressly confirms otherwise.
Delays in providing artwork, information, or proof approval may delay production.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are based on the product specifications selected by the customer. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and confirmation before processing.
6. Shipping
Shipping times are separate from production times. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier, service selected, and circumstances outside the control of Amazon Graphics Inc.
Amazon Graphics Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery disruptions outside its reasonable control.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Because printed products are customized for each customer, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once production has begun, an order may no longer be canceled or modified.
If you receive a product that you believe contains a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Amazon Graphics Inc., please contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
8. Color and Production Variations
Colors displayed on computer and mobile screens may differ from printed colors. Minor variations may occur due to printing processes, materials, finishing, and production conditions. Such reasonable variations are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
9. Customer-Supplied Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping, artwork, and order information. Amazon Graphics Inc. is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
10. Intellectual Property
Customers may not submit artwork, trademarks, photographs, designs, or other materials that they do not have the right or authorization to reproduce. Amazon Graphics Inc. reserves the right to decline production of materials that may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
